We can manufacture high precision positioning tables featuring ground tracks and crossed roller bearing with servo or stepper motor drives and linear or rotary optical encoders to give sub micron accuracies and minimal pitch and yaw. We have also been involved in designing linear motor and air bearing positioning systems which allow very large loads to be moved in micron steps. |  |
