These workstations feature ultra-low 1Hz natural frequency isolators, which effectively isolate out vibrations from 3Hz upwards and provide the best isolation in situations where vibrations limit the performance of sensitive instruments. The isolators are built into a sturdy steel box section frame, which is bolted together with heavy-duty struts. The standard version can support loads to 500kgs and the heavy-duty version to over 1500kgs. The laminated top plate is available in either 400 series ferritic steel or 240 satin silicone stainless. The close cell aluminium core is bonded to stainless steel skins producing an extremely rigid platform suitable for very high loads.
